How We Impact the Community

We are a small, 100% Volunteer Fire Station that is part of the greater Napa County Fire Department. We primarily serve the Deer Park area, answering an average of 600 calls each year. We are trained in all risk emergency response services. Volunteers must either work or live in the response area and be available 24/7.

When the need arises, the Deer Park Fire Department is available to serve the entire Napa Valley community. We also regularly service St. Helena and Calistoga to the Napa County line. In the event of large-scale wildfire, we may serve on extended duty for strike teams throughout the state.

The Station Fire House, which sits on the grounds of St. Helena Hospital, was built and funded by volunteers from the community in the late 1960’s. Your continued support keeps our community safer and more prepared during emergencies.

Testimonial

Dear Firefighters,
Thank you so much for your dedication to our community and the tremendous efforts you put into fighting the fires this year. You helped put out several fires at my property the night the Glass fire surrounded my home. We are so grateful our home was saved.

Kathy H., Resident of Deer Park
