How We Impact the Community
We believe every young person deserves the opportunity to discover their strengths, explore career possibilities, and build a future filled with opportunity. Yet many students lack access to the experiences, mentors, and connections that help them see what’s possible beyond the classroom. Since 1983, we have partnered with schools, families, and local employers to expand educational opportunities for Napa County students.
We serve approximately 18,000 students and support more than 1,000 educators across Napa County through career readiness, music education, youth wellness, and classroom innovation programs. More than 6,000 students participate annually in arts and enrichment experiences, and over $1.3 million in teacher grants has funded innovative classroom projects. Our new Discovery Campus in downtown Napa is expanding access to hands-on learning in fields such as culinary arts, robotics, and emerging technologies, giving students opportunities to develop practical skills and connect classroom learning to real-world futures.
Community support helps us grow these opportunities and ensure they are accessible to all students. Donations connect young people to experiences they might not otherwise have, strengthen Napa Valley’s future workforce, and help students graduate with the skills, confidence, and direction to thrive. When students succeed, our entire community benefits.
Testimonial
We just wanted to express our appreciation for your organization and the true artistry of your instructors. We are so grateful for the opportunity our child had to participate in the K-pop choir program. It was amazing to see what the students accomplished in just 6 classes – truly remarkable!

Other Ways to Help
Community members can make an impact by sharing their time, expertise, and connections. As we expand opportunities through our new Discovery Campus, we’re seeking volunteers to help build community awareness, support events, and connect students to real-world experiences.
Local businesses can partner with us by offering internships, workplace tours, sponsorships, or industry expertise that help students explore future careers. Volunteers can also serve as
ambassadors, event supporters, instructors, or guest speakers.
Whether someone gives a few hours, opens a door to a new partnership, or shares professional knowledge, they help create opportunities that prepare Napa County students for success.
