How We Impact the Community
LNV is Napa Valley’s premier organization for leadership development and engagement, attracting talented citizens from all sectors of community life: business, nonprofit, government, the arts, and the academic world. Modeled after nationally recognized programs, LNV is broadly acknowledged as one of the best leadership training experiences in the Napa Valley. The LNV program identifies, trains, and motivates current and future leaders through this dynamic program. Through meaningful interaction with businesses, nonprofit organizations, and local municipalities, LNV participants are able to learn about, analyze, and create solutions for the most pressing issues at both the local and global levels. More than 800 leaders have graduated from the program and have progressed with a deeper commitment to making Napa Valley a better place to live, work, and grow.

$10 provides one class member with educational materials for class or provides lunch for a volunteer speaker to the class.
What a $50 donation buys
$50 provides an online leadership assessment tool to one participant.
