Teacher Resource Center of the North Bay

TRCNB (Teacher Resource Center of the North Bay) ensures that every student has the basic tools they need to learn, regardless of their family’s income. Since 2010, we have provided free classroom supplies to public school teachers across the North Bay, removing a critical barrier to equitable education.

In Napa County, where over half of students are considered socioeconomically disadvantaged, teachers often spend an average of $673 annually out of pocket on essential materials. TRCNB bridges this gap by supplying items like pencils, notebooks, backpacks, and art supplies—so teachers can focus on teaching, not fundraising.

Each year, we serve approximately 400 teachers, reaching nearly 9,600 students. Our most recent distribution supported over 165 teachers from more than 40 schools, many from Title I campuses. By directly equipping classrooms, we amplify educational access and student success across the region.

TRCNB’s impact is made possible through the generosity of individuals, small businesses, and corporate partners who believe every child deserves a well-equipped learning environment. Together, we are investing in the future of Napa Valley—one classroom at a time.
