Napa Valley Support Services

Every person deserves the opportunity to contribute, connect, and thrive in their community. We support adults with developmental disabilities in Napa County by creating pathways to employment, personal growth, artistic expression, and community inclusion. Our mission is to enhance and support quality of life through self-discovery, education, employment, and meaningful community engagement.

Each year, we serve nearly 200 individuals through three core programs. Our employment services help people prepare for, obtain, and maintain jobs in the community. Our career exploration and day program provides skill-building, volunteer opportunities, and community-based experiences that promote independence and confidence. Through our Brown Street Gallery and art studio, artists with disabilities create, exhibit, and sell their work while building connections with the broader community.

Community support helps make these opportunities possible. Donations, volunteers, and partnerships allow us to expand services, create new opportunities, and respond to individual needs that funding alone does not cover. Beyond measurable outcomes, our work fosters belonging, dignity, purpose, and inclusion. Together, we are building a Napa Valley where people of all abilities are valued, visible, and empowered to reach their full potential.
