How We Impact the Community
We create pathways for adults with developmental disabilities to live, work, and thrive as valued members of our community. We provide job training, paid employment, and opportunities for artistic expression through our inclusive art gallery. We help over 200 individuals each year gain skills, confidence, and independence. Families find peace of mind knowing their loved ones are supported, safe, and connected.
Our staff are compassionate job coaches, instructors, and artists, working one-on-one to match each person’s abilities with real-world opportunities. Local employers and artists join us to build a community that welcomes everyone’s unique talents.
Our Impact goes beyond paychecks. Our programs create friendships, purpose, and pride. When an adult earns their first paycheck or brings their art to public space for sharing or for selling, we are changing lives by fostering self-reliance for individuals and connection for the community. We work every day to empower adults with disabilities to live fully engaged lives of dignity and inclusion. Because when everyone belongs, our whole community grows stronger.

What a $10 donation buys
Buys safety gloves or new pruning shears for landscaping work provides resume paper folders for someone’s first job application packet.
What a $50 donation buys
Purchases safety vests/ tools for crew members working in the community. Supplies canvases/frames, so an artist can display gallery art.
