Napa Parks and Recreation Foundation

Building on decades of community impact, the Napa Parks and Recreation Foundation (NPRF) is asking for your help to bring a universal changing table to the new restroom facility planned for Fuller Park.

For many children, teens, and adults with mobility, developmental, or medical needs, standard public restrooms do not offer a suitable support structure for personal care. Your donation will help provide a safe and secure facility that allows caregivers to assist loved ones with comfort, privacy, and dignity—giving them peace of mind and the opportunity to more fully enjoy our public spaces.

Since 1988, NPRF has partnered with the City of Napa to enhance parks, recreation programs, and community facilities that improve quality of life for residents and visitors. By securing grants and community donations, NPRF funds capital improvements, cultural events, urban forestry initiatives, and recreation scholarships that expand access to parks and programs throughout Napa. During last year’s Give!Guide campaign, NPRF provided recreation scholarships to more than 50 local families, helping dozens of children learn the life-saving skill of swimming, as well as participate in camps and other programs.
