Brannan Center

Brannan Center is a community space and performing arts venue designed to serve the UpValley by providing much-needed meeting and event space for community groups and non-profits, by providing rehearsal and performance space for local arts organizations, by bringing high-qualityntertainment to the UpValley, and by supplementing public school arts education through workshops and interactive daytime performances.

We serve more than 8000 people annually from children through seniors with a focus on affordable programs such as free after-school drama classes in partnership with Cafeteria Kids Theater, free exercise classes for seniors in partnership with Rianda House, a free community holiday celebration – “Merry & Bright Night,” and a low-cost concert series featuring Bay Area musicians – “The Listening Room.” In addition, we present a range of performances from jazz to bluegrass to rock to classical, including a chamber music series in partnership with the Santa Rosa Symphony, plus stand-up comedy nights and noteworthy speakers. These programs are only possible through the generosity of our donors.

As the only organization of its kind in the UpValley, Brannan Center is a culturally relevant community resource that is working to touch the lives of every member of the UpValley community and beyond.
