How We Impact the Community
What We Do
We address a critical need in the Napa Valley, ensuring at-risk animals have a safe path out of overcrowded shelters, disaster zones, and for individuals with limited resources. Our mission is to save lives while strengthening the humane values that define Napa County.
Who We Serve
We put our mission into action by transporting dogs from high-risk environments to safety, providing medical care, and preparing them for adoption through trusted local partners. Each year, we move hundreds of animals out of danger and into loving homes. Our work also supports Napa Valley shelters by reducing overcrowding, expanding their capacity, and ensuring vulnerable animals receive timely care.
Why Support Matters
Community support allows us to respond immediately when animals are in crisis. Donations fuel transport, veterinary care, and disaster-response efforts; volunteers and partnerships amplify our reach. Beyond saving lives, our work delivers hope, connection, and compassion—strengthening Napa Valley’s animal-welfare network and inspiring a community where every animal is valued.
Testimonial
We rely on Waggin Trails Rescue whenever our shelter is overwhelmed. They step in for the animals with nowhere else to go, giving each one compassion, safety, and a real chance at life. Their partnership saves lives and lifts our entire team. Our community is stronger because of their work.
