Puertas Abiertas Community Resource Center

Now more than ever, families need a trusted place to turn. We build relationships that help Latine families feel seen, supported, and comfortable asking for help. Because we take the time to build trust, we’re able to connect people to the resources, opportunities, and support they need to move forward.

Each year, we serve more than 4,500 individuals and families through culturally grounded programs, including resource navigation, food access, mental health and wellness, financial education, legal navigation, and youth and family support. We also reach more than 5,000 community members through outreach, workshops, and community events, meeting people where they are and making sure they have access to trusted information. Last year, we connected more than 1,800 individuals to trusted community partners. Building relationships and connecting people to the right resources is what we do best. Families continue coming back, referring others, and growing alongside us because they know they belong here.
