How We Impact the Community
We help Napa County residents stay rooted in the community they call home by developing and preserving affordable housing and surrounding residents with practical support. In a region where housing costs continue to push working families, seniors, agricultural workers, and vulnerable neighbors out, we provide stable homes and long-term stewardship.
Today, we own 518 homes across 19 properties, serving nearly 1,900 residents, including families, seniors, veterans, agricultural workers, and individuals in supportive housing. Through Resident Services, we bring programs directly to residents where they live, including wellness classes, tutoring, leadership development, food connections, referrals, and trusted guidance. Our team connects residents to nearly 100 local nonprofits and partners for health care, legal aid, education, employment, and other essential resources. Affordable housing is more than shelter. It gives children room to learn, seniors the dignity to age in place, and working families the chance to remain part of Napa Valley’s future. Donor support helps us preserve homes, strengthen resident services, and build a more equitable community where every neighbor has a safe place to live and the tools to thrive.
