How We Impact the Community
We are the essential community partner for children and families. We provide compassionate, culturally responsive behavioral health services for youth and families across Napa County meeting them where they are: in schools, community centers, or at home. Our 90+ staff members prioritize early intervention, trauma-informed care, and substance use prevention for youth experiencing significant challenges.
Through school-based wellness centers and mobile teams, we served over 1,400 young people last year—offering critical support that helped reduce crises, foster resilience, and empower recovery.
Our work is guided by evidence-informed models and rooted in our mission to restore hope and strength to families. What makes us unique? Our integration of mental health and substance use services, our belief that healing is relational, and our deep partnerships with Napa County Behavioral Health, local school districts, and fellow nonprofits to build a connected network of care. Behind every statistic is a story—and we walk alongside youth and families to help rewrite theirs.
Testimonial
At Aldea, we do more than offer services—we meet youth and families where they are, with dignity and compassion. Whether it’s a teen discovering their voice or a caregiver finding support, our programs empower transformation. This work is deeply human, and I’m proud to stand behind this organization every day.
